Contemporary Art Station Publications | Terms and Conditions
By submitting your artwork for consideration to be included in a “Contemporary Art Station” publication you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment: A fee is required to be paid by the artist to be featured in the book. The payment is not refundable once the artwork has been accepted and the artist has been notified of their inclusion in the book.
Shipping: We are not responsible for any damage or loss of the book during shipping. Once the book has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the buyer to track and receive the book. We provide a tracking number.
Misprinting: We are not responsible for any misprinting or errors made by the printing company. While we will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the book, we cannot guarantee that all artwork will be printed exactly as submitted.
Copyright: By submitting your artwork, you certify that you are the sole owner of the artwork and have the right to publish it in the “Contemporary Art Station” publication. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of any infringement of copyright or any other proprietary right.
Promotion: We reserve the right to use your artwork for promotional purposes related to the book “Contemporary Art Station” publication, including but not limited to social media, press releases, and advertising. We will always credit the artist appropriately.
By submitting your artwork, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Metro Exhibition Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Metro Exhibitions. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
1. Payment and Refunds:
All payments for exhibiting in the Metro Exhibitions are non-refundable.
Once your payment is processed, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another exhibition or event.
2. Damaged Poster Replacement:
In the event that a poster is damaged by third parties (e.g., vandals or natural disasters), we will replace the damaged poster with a new one free of charge.
We reserve the right to assess the nature and extent of the damage to determine eligibility for a replacement.
3. Poster Installation and Location:
The station location for your poster within the Paris Metro is determined solely by the Paris Metro Authority.
We do not have control over the specific location within the station where your poster will be placed.
We will make our best efforts to accommodate any special requests, but such requests are not guaranteed.
4. Photo of Installed Poster:
We will provide a photograph of your poster once it has been installed in the Paris Metro.
The photograph will be sent to the email address provided during the registration process.
The photograph is provided for promotional and informational purposes.
The station location list will be provided to the exhibitors in 2-4 days from the start of the exhibition.
5. Promotional Materials:
You are responsible for providing the promotional materials (posters) in the specified format and within the deadlines provided.
Any delay or non-compliance with submission requirements may result in the exclusion of your materials from the exhibition.
6. Termination or Changes:
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule the Metro Exhibitions at our discretion.
In the event of such changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify exhibitors in advance.
7. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
By participating in the Metro Exhibitions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from participating in the exhibition.
