Albert Einstein said once “The intuitive Mind is sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honours the servant and has forgotten the gift”. This quote came to me while I was lost with everyday life and felt empty within myself. This journey began back in 2011, I am self though so I did not have a clue on what I was doing apart of capturing the moments.

The paintbrush and the colours where filling the blank canvas without any preliminary sketches and something within me was changing. I have always been super sensitive towards others to the point that I would find my self-worrying about other people problems. Painting wiped off all worries and I was able to find answers and solutions to anything that once was bothering me.

I believe strongly in the mind, its process and the power within. The fine line in between the conscious mind and subconscious mind and all we carry within that come as an archetypical baggage.

Creating new Artwork is a beautiful experience that opens unknown doors and helps me become a better me I find answers within that I can't find anywhere else. Each painting that I create is part of my past, my present and my future life.

Life is the inspiration of my work and its a process of no ending and is happening inside us in this very moment and nobody except us can come upon it. I describe it as a blank canvas where we paint our own story because I believe that we are all creative in our own little ways and we can only realise this by listening to our Inner Child.

Painting and drawing for me is an expression of internal subconscious images. These images recur throughout my paintings and drawings and express ideas of the connectedness of things. Witty and imaginative my work is a purely creative exercise unencumbered by the thought process. In the tradition of artist as visionary, my art comes from my deep sense of spirituality.

My plans for the future - I have started filming with a friend of mine to create an International Art festival down the south of Italy and invite artist to create artwork and murals inspired by the place and in total connection with Nature.

This will be done in my home town San Giorgio Lucano a small village near Matera in Basilicata. Would love to talk more about this project as it’s very exciting and well received by the fellow artists I have spoken with I am sorry if my writing isn’t top notch but anyhow thank you very much for your time reading and for supporting Artists.
