Didier LUCIAK is a French photographer, painter and graphic designer,
He combines different photographic techniques
(HDR shots, Ultra-Wide-Angle lens, long exposures).
Then he practices digital painting or digital painting techniques inspired by the process of the American hyperrealist painters of the 90s, which he particularly likes:
When the photograph is on his computer screen, he paints on the original photograph using a graphic palette and with his stylus, he uses the painter's digital tools (flat brushes, round brushes, pencils, airbrushes , etc ...) and its own bank of 6000 textures, to create hyperrealistic paintings with a strong visual impact, luminous and charged with positive energy between photography, comics and video games.

His influences are the science fiction comics of the 80s - 90s (Métal Hurlant - Moebius - Enki Bilal – Peter Klasen) and finally the URBEX movement (Urban Exploration) which imposed itself on him as obvious ...
The city as a playground!
Didier Luciak's favorite subjects are construction sites, industrial buildings, garages, cellars, wineries and urban landscapes for which he emphasizes their aesthetics and reveals their poetry.

And we will sometimes surprise ourselves to feel emotion in front of certain subjects which usually do not lend themselves to this kind of feeling ...! FD.
