Terms & Conditions | Mind The Art Exhibition

Payments Non-Refundable:
All payments are non-refundable once the application is accepted.
Exhibition Duration:
The exhibition period is 14 days.
Printing and Installation:
"Mind the Art" will handle the printing and installation of exhibited artwork.
The posting cycle for London Underground dictates that posters will be affixed at any point between Monday and Wednesday of the week following submission. Regardless of the posting date within this cycle, posters will remain in place for a duration of two weeks from the date of installation.
Material Submission:
Artists must submit all required materials on time for a seamless exhibition process.
Reservation Payment:
To secure your space in the exhibition, a reservation payment of 50% of the total participation fee is required.
This payment is non-refundable and guarantees the reservation of your exhibition space.
The remaining 50% of the total participation fee is due by September 1st.
Failure to complete the full payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Application Refund Policy:
If the application is not accepted, the admission fee will be refunded 100% within 48-72 hours.
Selection Process:
There is a rigorous selection process, and admission is based on the evaluation of submitted artworks.
Artwork Guidelines:
Submitted artworks must adhere to the specified guidelines provided by "Mind the Art."
Display Rights:
By participating, artists grant "Mind the Art" the right to display and promote their artwork during the exhibition.
Event Promotion:
Artists are encouraged to actively participate in the promotion of the event through their personal networks and social media.
Copyright and Ownership:
Artists retain the copyright and ownership of their artworks.
Changes to T&C:
"Mind the Art" reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, with any changes communicated to participants.
