  1. Payments Non-Refundable:

    • All payments are non-refundable once the application is accepted.

  2. Exhibition Duration:

    • The exhibition period is 7 days.

  3. Printing and Installation:

    • "Art Shibuya" will handle the printing and installation of exhibited artwork.

  4. Material Submission:

    • Artists must submit all required materials on time for a seamless exhibition process.

  5. Reservation Payment:

    • To secure your space in the exhibition, a reservation payment of 50% of the total participation fee is required.

    • This payment is non-refundable and guarantees the reservation of your exhibition space.

    • The remaining 50% of the total participation fee is due by March 1st.

    • Failure to complete the full payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

  6. Application Refund Policy:

    • If the application is not accepted, the admission fee will be refunded 100% within 48-72 hours.

  7. Selection Process:

    • There is a rigorous selection process, and admission is based on the evaluation of submitted artworks.

  8. Artwork Guidelines:

    • Submitted artworks must adhere to the specified guidelines provided by "Art Shibuya".

  9. Display Rights:

    • By participating, artists grant "Art Shibuya" the right to display and promote their artwork during the exhibition.

  10. Event Promotion:

    • Artists are encouraged to actively participate in the promotion of the event through their personal networks and social media.

  11. Copyright and Ownership:

    • Artists retain the copyright and ownership of their artworks.

  12. Changes to T&C:

    • "Art Shibuya" reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, with any changes communicated to participants.
