Submission Deadline: 15th March, 2021
Payment Deadline: 27th March, 2021. Please note that payments are not refundable.
If the event is cancelled because of covid restrictions we will credit your exhibition reservation to the new dates or to one of our events in the next 2 years.
We require a 50% deposit to hold your space (30 days). The remaining 50% is to be paid within 15th March 2021. Occasionally, the second 50% can be spread over a longer period depending on the date of the fair. We do not make refunds as the rental is for a specific date.
Exhibitors cannot sublet their space or any part of it to another party without prior permission.
Please note that there is a Selection Process to exhibit. To enter the Selection Process is free.
Participation Fee for the 4-day exhibition include: Opening Evening, Champagne Reception, High-quality wooden white walls, Promotions, Professional Hanging Staff, Shipping & Handling, Sales Assistant & Management, Free High-Quality printed Catalogue featuring all exhibitors in Japanese and English languages, Flyer Distribution, Press Release, Exhibitor Profile on our website, 0% commission charged on sales, Photo & Video reportage, Certificate of Participation, Free Catalogue (shipping of the catalogue is not included for exhibitors who are not able to attend the exhibition).
All work must be original and by the exhibitor. You can exhibit digital prints.
You are responsible for your own insurance (damage, theft) of your work and public liability (third party).
Work does not need to be for sale.
Exhibitors who are not able to attend the exhibition can ship their artworks. We do not charge any extra for reception, storage, handling, hanging, sales, packing and shipping back in case artwork is not sold.
Exhibitor is responsible for the shipping costs and customs requirements. Please clarify with your courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, …)
All artworks should be ready to hang.
All artworks must be delivered at the gallery on Wednesday 26th May 2021 (9am-22pm) or Thursday 27th May 2021 (9am-12am). Please note that we cannot receive any artworks before Wednesday 27th May 2021 and later than Thursday 27th May 2021 till 12am.
Artworks must be packed correctly. If using a crate please specify by email the screwdriver model required to open the crate.
All packs must be correctly addressed and named.
Provide all necessary paperwork to clear customs - inform with your courier.
You should include labels/price list and business cards.
All packs must include inside the Shipping Returning Label in case the artwork is not sold and we need to ship back
Unsold artworks must be picked by your delivery company on Monday 31st May 2021 (9am-22pm). Please note that we cannot deliver any artworks after Monday 31st May 2021. Unpicked artworks will have a storage fee of €300 per day starting from Tuesday 1st April 2021.
