Terms and Conditions: The Premier Artist Prize

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your participation in The Premier Artist Prize (hereinafter referred to as "the Award") organized by the Contemporary Art Station (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"). By participating in the Award, you agree to abide by these T&C.

  1. Application and Selection:

    • Applicants cannot apply directly for the Award. Winners are solely selected by the curators appointed by the Organizer.

  2. Payment:

    • Payments made in association with the Award are non-refundable.

  3. Winner Notification:

    • Only selected winners will be contacted by the Organizer's team to receive the Award.

  4. Award Package:

    • The Award package includes an honoring Ø 24 cm engraved plaque with the winner's name. Shipping for the plaque is not included and shall be borne by the winner.

    • Winners will also be featured with a double-page spread in the upcoming hardcover coffee table book titled "The Premier Artist Prize Book," scheduled to be published in June 2025. The book will be distributed through Amazon, Barnes & Noble and other retailers.

    • Additionally, winners will receive an official certificate of achievement delivered to the winner's email address.

  5. Shipping Costs:

    The recipient acknowledges and agrees that failure to pay shipping costs associated with the award will result in the inability to ship the award. The responsibility for covering shipping costs lies solely with the recipient, and failure to pay such costs may result in forfeiture of the award.

  6. Delivery of Package:

    The honoring plaque will be shipped to the winners address in March, along with a tracking number for your convenience.
    The Premier Artist Prize Book, featuring your double-page spread, will be published in June 2025 and made available through major retailers such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and others. Winners will have the opportunity to purchase the book at a discounted rate.
    Your Certificate of Achievement will be promptly emailed to you within 2 weeks, allowing you to proudly display your accomplishment.

  7. Shipping:

    Please be informed that the trophy for the Premier Artist Prize 2025 will be shipped to the address provided in the registration form.
    We cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.
    Winners residing outside the European Union (EU) are required to include their ID number/VAT/passport number for customs purposes. Failure to provide this information may result in delays or issues with the delivery process. Therefore, it is imperative that this information is accurately provided to ensure the smooth delivery of the trophy.

  8. Miscellaneous:

    • The Organizer reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the Award process or T&C at its discretion.

    • Any disputes arising in connection with the Award shall be governed by the laws of Spain, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

By participating in the Award, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
