By registering and submitting your artwork to "La Galeria" curated by Contemporary Art Station, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration Fee: To participate in "La Galeria," a non-refundable registration fee of €250 EUR is required. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with the selection process and inclusion in the gallery.

2. Selection Process: All submitted artworks will go through a selection process by our curatorial team. If your artwork is not selected for inclusion in "La Galeria," you will receive a notification email within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded within 24 hours from the notification email.

3. Included Benefits: As a registered artist in "La Galeria," you will enjoy the following benefits:

   • Worldwide Exposure: Your artwork will be showcased to a global audience, increasing your visibility and reach.

   • 4 x Artworks for Sale: You can list up to four artworks for sale on the platform.

   • 0% Commission on Sales: "La Galeria" does not charge any commission on the sales made through the platform.

   • Double-Page Feature in Digital Annual Catalogue. The catalogue will be published on our website.

   • Social Media Promotion: Your artwork will be promoted through our social media channels, increasing your online presence and exposure.

4. Payments and Sales:

   • Registration fees are non-refundable.

   • Artists are responsible for notifying "La Galeria" if any of their listed artworks are sold so that they can be removed from the online shop promptly.

   • In case of a sale, artists are welcome to submit another artwork for inclusion in the gallery at no additional cost.

   • The artworks will be available for sale on the online platform for the lifetime of "La Galeria," unless otherwise specified.

   • "La Galeria" is not responsible for the shipping or handling of sold artworks. Artists are responsible for arranging shipping and ensuring the safe delivery of sold artworks to the buyers.

   • Payments to artists will be made within 48 hours of the sale, and the artist will receive 100% of the payment (minus any applicable bank fees).
