MENNO VOS PAINTINGS | The Netherlands
Menno Vos was born and lives in the Netherlands. His art started with photography and his love for travelling. Menno had his travel photography published in several Dutch magazines. He still loves photography, but now he is mainly an abstract painter. His inspiration is the people he meets, the images he sees and the emotions that he feels while travelling. Menno's work is the result of his desire to understand people. His paintings are like his photographs. He brings his understanding of composition and balance to each piece, producing works full of rich, saturated color, a sense of depth and just a hint of the mysterious.
Menno has exhibited in the Netherlands, the USA and several European and Asian city’s like Beijing, Shanghai, New York, Las Vegas, Rome, Vienna, Lisbon, Turin and upcoming Madrid and Hamburg. He is a member of the art collective PS20 and the co-owner of a gallery in Apeldoorn (the Netherlands).
