Gianfranco (John) Gambardella
Italian born artist Gianfranco (John) Gambardella worked for the Australian Federal Services for over forty years, and is now focusing on his greatest passion, visual art.
The paintings of Gambardella, have a mastery in bringing his art topics to life, and absorbing in character. His ability to paint thought provoking works over many different subject matters – shows the talent and innate ability to “put you there”. He works in a variety of mediums, trying new styles and techniques along the art journey he has created.
The attention to detail and his need to bring the scene to life is awesome, adapting fusion of realism, fantasy and depth into the finished artwork.
No doubt why some of his works can be found gracing the walls of major corporate and government head offices.

His art has been categorised between being traditional realism and more recently abstract impressionism.
