Exhibition Period: 01-31 March 2025
Location: Nuevos Ministerios Station, Madrid (Line 8 - IFEMA-ARCO Art Fair)
Exhibition Space: 120cm x 100cm (portrait/vertical position)
Key Deadlines:
Submission Deadline: 20th December 2024
Curatorial Process:
All proposals undergo a curatorial review by a committee that bases its selection on the artistic and curatorial strength of the submission.
If your submission is not approved by the curator board, 100% of the participation fee will be refunded within 48 hours.
Limited Availability:
Space is limited, and selections are highly competitive.
Inclusions:
Full Month Exhibition: Your artwork will be displayed for the entire duration of March 2025, coinciding with ARCO and Madrid Art Month.
Design & Production: Includes design, edition, print artwork collation, layout, repro and administration, copy approval, and amendments with unlimited revisions.
Print Details: High-quality glossy vinyl print using inkjet technology.
Poster Dimensions: (h)120cm x (w)100cm (47.24" x 39.3") in portrait/vertical position.
Installation & Maintenance: A team of professional fixers will handle poster installation and maintenance throughout the exhibition.
Artist Information: Your contact details will be included on the poster, including:
Full Name
Artist Website
Artwork Image & Title
QR Code linked to artist website.
Digital Media: You will receive photos and videos of your poster displayed at the station, captured by the exhibition's photographer.
Exhibitor Profile: Featured on the exhibition’s website, which receives high daily traffic, along with promotion on social media.
No Sales Commission: The exhibition does not take commissions on any sales that occur as a result of your participation.
Participation Fees:
Non-refundable payments, except in the case of unapproved submissions.
Artists are responsible for sending all materials by the specified deadlines.
Additional Information:
Due to the nature of the vinyl glossy material used for the posters, they cannot be returned after the exhibition, as they are damaged during removal.
