Capturing light is important! However, that is not all. I also immerse myself in the place, its atmosphere, its smells, its blues, its music, unique.
All these fellings can transform a subject, a landscape, into a few touches. I strive to capture the fleeting magic of a place, to pass it throught the filter of my emotions and to recreate it on the canvas. My medium is the oil painting (or acrylic) and glazes.
My goal is to pay tribute to beauty of the world and to encourage those who see my work to slow down, to reconnect to the simple things, to the nature and to perceive in their own turn this magic, something of the impression, the emotion that I felt.
